Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy.

01Introduction

This policy applies to all purchases made through orcarobotics.in and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

02No Cancellation by Customer

Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once payment is made and the order is placed. Please check your items, quantities and delivery details before paying.

03No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or any reason other than those listed in section 06. Because our products are educational kits and components, we do not accept returns for a refund.

04Exchange for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will exchange an item if:

• It arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• Parts are missing from the kit

To request an exchange, email support@orcarobotics.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage, the item and the shipping label
• An unboxing video showing the package being opened, where possible

We will verify your request within 2-3 business days. If it is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you, and we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned if needed. Replacements are dispatched within 5-7 business days of approval, subject to stock availability.

05What Is Not Eligible for Exchange

• Kits or parts that have been assembled, soldered, modified or used
• Damage caused after delivery, including misuse, wrong wiring, over-voltage or physical damage
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Digital products such as e-books or downloadable handbooks, once delivered
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items returned without our approval or without the original packaging

06When We Will Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method only in these cases:

• We cancel your order (for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud)
• An approved exchange is not possible because the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced within 30 days
• Your package is lost in transit and cannot be delivered
• Your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, or you were charged more than once for the same order

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. To process a refund we use only your order details and payment reference. We do not collect your bank or card details for this purpose. Records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

07Workshops

Workshop fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed in writing. If you need to change the date, you may request a reschedule at least 7 days before the workshop, subject to our availability. If we cancel or are unable to hold a workshop, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date, as you prefer.

08Institutional and Bulk Orders

Terms for exchange, cancellation and payment for bulk or institutional orders are as stated in the quotation or agreement for that order. If those terms differ from this policy, the quotation or agreement applies.

09Shipping Damage

Please check your package at delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged, record a video while opening it. This helps us claim from the courier and approve your exchange faster.
