These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website orcarobotics.in and any purchase of products or services from ORCA Robotics LLP ("ORCA Robotics", "we", "us", "our"). By using the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent. Minors may use our products and workshops under a parent or guardian's supervision and consent.
We offer educational robotics and electronics kits, handbooks, workshops and related learning tools. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith, but minor variations may occur (for example, component brand or colour). We may change, update or discontinue any product or service at any time.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) with mention of inclusion or exclusion of applicable GST. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price at the time of your order applies to that order.
Checkout is provided by Shopify, and payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may cancel or decline an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information or suspected fraud, in which case any payment made will be fully refunded. Please make sure the address and contact details you enter at checkout are accurate.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a booking. Workshops, bulk orders and institutional purchases are confirmed only through a written quotation or agreement shared by email, which sets out the price, payment terms, schedule and any other conditions. If those terms differ from these Terms, the quotation or agreement applies to that order.
Workshop bookings are subject to the schedule and cancellation terms in our Refund Policy. We may reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances and will inform you in advance. The host institution is responsible for providing the venue, power supply, and any facilities agreed in the quotation.
Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Our kits contain electronic components and are intended for educational use. Use by children should be under adult supervision. Kits contain small parts and should be kept away from young children. ORCA Robotics is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use contrary to the provided instructions.
